2 ... We Meet You
We will come to meet you at a place of your choice.
At this stage we will discuss your needs and the best way in which we can help you. We will work out what services you require and set them up for you.
We will find out what you what your personal assistants to do, how much you want to pay them and what hours you want them to work. We will also agree an action plan and timetable with you so that you know when we will be doing things on your behalf.
3 ... We Go To Work!
Depending on what level of service you require, we will start your services, agree the job descriptions and begin the recruitment of your Personal Assistants — including:
- Arranging interviews with you (and support you with interviewing if that is what you want)
- Informing candidates of your decision
- Sourcing references and CRB checking those that you want to employ
- Arranging start dates for your new staff
